What we can help with
- A session time that looks wrong
- Tell us the session, the date and what your platform shows. Daylight-saving weeks are the usual culprit and the most useful to hear about.
- A daylight-saving date
- London and New York switch on different dates and the dates move each year. If ours is off, say which market and which year.
- An unclear guide
- If an article assumes knowledge it should explain, name the paragraph.
What we cannot help with
- Financial advice
- We are not licensed advisers and will not tell you what or when to trade.
- Market calls
- We publish no signals, forecasts or trade recommendations.
- FxPro account queries
- Deposits, withdrawals, verification and platform problems go to FxPro at fxpro.com — we have no access to any broker account.
